Ok, these Monster Cookie Pudding Parfaits are my kids favorite dessert right now! Every now and then, I like to surprise them with special things like this, but I LOVE that this recipe is easy to make. And, the edible cookie dough does not contain eggs, of course, so feel free to sample it while you’re making these parfaits! Ha! I have step-by-step directions and photos below, but if you’d prefer to scroll down to the bottom of this page to the recipe card, that’s just fine, too.
How to Make Monster Cookie Pudding Parfaits
These are such a delicious treat! This recipe uses chocolate pudding in the ingredients, but if you prefer, you could substitute with a different flavor like vanilla or peanut butter pudding.
Ingredients for Monster Cookie Parfaits
- Old-fashioned oats
- Smooth peanut butter
- Brown sugar, packed
- Granulated sugar
- Salted butter, softened
- Vanilla extract
- Mini M&Ms
- Milk

Instructions for Monster Cookie Pudding Parfaits
Combine peanut butter, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, softened butter and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl. Combine with a electric mixer on medium until completely mixed together.
Add 2/3 cup mini M&Ms to the bowl and stir into the dough with a large mixing spoon.
In a separate mixing bowl combine milk and chocolate pudding powder using the electric mixer on low speed until the pudding has thickened. Take half of the cookie dough mixture and spoon it into the bottoms of 6 ten ounce clear plastic cups.
Take half of the pudding and spoon it into the cups on top of the cookie dough. Spoon the remaining cooking dough on top of the pudding. Lastly, spoon the remaining pudding on top of the cookie dough.
Right before serving, place a dallop of Cool Whip on top off each cup. Sprinkle mini M&Ms on top. Serve immediately!
