New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement Approves Iforium’s Business-to-Business Entry Into Regulated US State
A milestone achievement for leading B2B casino aggregation platform provider, Iforium, as New Jersey’s official state regulator green lights their entry into the regulated iGaming market.
New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has given the transactional waiver to the company whose operating history just got a big new addition to its portfolio. They will be supplying NJ operators with their cutting-edge technology.
Partnerships Coming Up Soon
Iforium has recently formed a new US subsidiary…
…dubbed, CCAG NJ, and will be operating under this name in the US market. The regulatory approval means that their Gameflex casino aggregation platform will be immediately available to operators licensed in New Jersey, while the first partnership is merely weeks away.
Iforium CEO, Phil Parry, comments on this achievement:
“I am delighted to confirm receipt of the transactional waiver from the New Jersey DGE. This is a major milestone for us in terms of Iforium growth, and for the US, represents the first step in our extensive expansion plans. We look forward to announcing our first US operator launch in the State of New Jersey in the coming weeks.”
Their Gameflex platform has over 9,000 games provided by more than 100 gaming developers…
…and all of these will be available to New Jersey licensees via a single API integration.
Gamble Revenue Rises
New Jersey has reported a 27% rise in total gaming revenue for the month of May…
…to $276.8 million according to the official report by the regulator. iGaming leaped 57.8% to $38.3 million. The most successful casino in May was Golden Nugget which collected $14.1 million, 36.7% more than in April.
As for Iforium, the brand has completed a deal with Patagonia Entertainment in March that will see the latter distribute their games to Gameflex casino platform.
“I am delighted to confirm Iforium’s partnership with Patagonia Entertainment. The addition of Patagonia is another important content differentiator for our Gameflex platform, and one which will support our expansion into new markets. I look forward to building our partnership with the excellent team at Patagonia, and exploring new opportunities together.”
Launch With Red Tiger
Around same time in March, Iforium also penned a deal with Red Tiger…
…which ensures that, via a simple integration, partners of Red Tiger will be provided access to games such as Thor’s Lightning and Tiki Fruits.
Red Tiger’s Commercial Director, Chris Looney, comments:
“Partnering with Iforium is good news for us, and opens up new possibilities in term of future partnerships and markets.”
