Ardent Health Services has partnered with digital health platform Loyal Health to deploy the latter’s consumer engagement solutions suite to enhance patient engagement and improve care.
Ardent Health Services operates 30 hospitals and over 200 care sites across six US states.
Loyal’s solutions will be implemented in Ardent facilities, covering the entire patient journey from researching care to post-care communication.

Additionally, its enterprise view enables Ardent to optimise appointment inventory and enhance efficiency.
