AFC Bournemouth welcome Crystal Palace to the Vitality Stadium on Tuesday night (19:45) in the Premier League live on TNT Sports. The Cherries have won their last two matches and are unbeaten in their last four.

Crystal Palace have drawn their last two matches and have only lost one of their last five, showing new boss Oliver Glasner has made them a more competitive side. Here are our Bournemouth vs Crystal Palace predictions, featuring team news and match odds.

Bournemouth vs Crystal Palace Betting Tips

  • Dominic Solanke to score anytime @ EVS
  • Draw @ 13/5

Match Odds

Bournemouth are the favourites to get the victory at 9/10. Crystal Palace are valued at 3/1 to upset the hosts, while the draw can be backed at 13/5. Both teams to score is priced at 8/13 and over 2.5 goals is 4/6.

The Cherries’ Dominic Solanke has scored 16 goals in the Premier League this season and is joint-second in the scoring charts alongside Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins and Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah. Only Manchester City’s Erling Haaland (18) has found the back of the net more times than the Englishman.

Solanke is 10/3 to open the scoring on Tuesday and EVS to score anytime.

Team News

Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola still has some injuries to deal with ahead of the visit of the Eagles. Luis Sinisterra, Ryan Fredericks and Marco Senesi are all ruled out, while Ryan Christie is also a doubt to feature. The players available in the win over Everton last time out came through unscathed so we could see the same XI maintained here.

Palace have a big injury list of their own as Sam Johnstone, Marc Guehi, Cheick Doucoure, Rob Holding, Mattheus Franca and Jesurun Rak-Sakyi are all in the treatment room and unavailable for the trip to the south coast. Unfortunately for the Eagles, it appears as though Tuesday will still be too soon for the return of influential winger Michael Olise from his latest physical issue.

Dominic Solanke to score anytime at EVS

Despite being the joint-second top scorer in the Premier League this season, you can still fine excellent value in backing Solanke to score. He is enjoying his most fruitful campaign in the top-flight and is fast-becoming a shrewd operator at this level.

The 26-year-old has scored in his last two league appearances, in the victories over Everton and Luton Town, so he is on a bit of a hot-streak right now, and one that he will want to continue seeing as he is just four goals shy of the coveted 20-mark.

Crystal Palace may be a much more competitive force under Glasner but they are coming up against one of the best attackers in the league on Tuesday on his own patch. The defenders are going to have a tough task on their hands in trying to keep him quiet, and we don’t think that they will be able to succeed over the course of 90 minutes.

Draw @ 13/5

That being said, Solanke’s goal threat may not be enough for the Cherries to secure a third-straight victory on Tuesday night. Palace have a lot more structure since Glasner arrived and they have shown to cause their opponents some problems.

They have lost just one of the four league games that he has taken charge of, and that was against Tottenham Hotspur. He led them to a 3-0 win over Burnley in his opening fixture and has also picked up points against Everton and Nottingham Forest, the latter coming last time out.

Palace are giving their opponents much to think about now and appear to be frustrating them in the process, and we can see them doing this again on Tuesday against the Cherries.

Bournemouth have gone through phases this year in terms of their form and after picking up two valuable wins, this is where they tend to lose their focus and drop points.

Draw at 13/5
