New England Revolution will be seeking to make it back-to-back home wins when they host DC United on Saturday evening (12.30am) at the Gillette Stadium.
The hosts currently sit second in the Eastern Conference following a win against Atlanta United in midweek, while Wayne Rooney’s men are in eighth place.

It’s pretty simple with New England – most of the time, they win, especially at home.
Their midweek win over Atlanta made it four on the spin at Gillette Stadium, a run that has propelled them up to second spot in the Eastern Conference.
There has been 20 goals in the last five games in Foxborough, with both teams scoring in each of them – it’s been goals galore for Revs fans in the previous month.
In the reverse fixture earlier this season, New England emerged as 2-1 winners at Audi Field, with 18-year-old Noel Buck striking late to secure all three points, following an equaliser from Gustavo Bou early in the second half.
Meanwhile, DC United are all over the place, securing impressive wins over Cincinnati and Dallas, as well as suffering tough losses to Atlanta and 10-man Nashville, and dropping points against Inter Miami last time out.
They’re a good side, but not a great one – and it feels like you need more than that to turn over the Revs at home.
DC have won four of the 12 matches they have played on the road so far, but face an uphill task here as they have struggled for form all season on the road.
The Revs are on fire in New England, and United don’t travel well, so I’m backing the home win and both teams to score at 13/5.
