Wednesday evening’s racing action from Kempton Park starts at 17:15 and the last of eight races is due off at 21:00.
The going is set to be Standard to Slow over the polytrack and we have picked out three tips to consider from the Surrey venue.

17:15 – Airshow @ 8/1
The opening race at Kempton is a 14-strong handicap affair in which several appear to have decent claims in.
One of the expected contenders is AIRSHOW, who has won at the course before and was last victorious at Southwell in March.
Airshow was third of 10 when last seen in a handicap at Newmarket 19 days ago and is set to run on Wednesday with Cheekpieces refitted.
The main dangers to Rod Millman’s charge could be Idn Aldar (9/2), who impressively won a handicap at Lingfield last time out, and Ikkari (16/1), who finished second of eight in a handicap at Wolverhampton 13 days ago.
This contest is one of Betfred’s promotional ‘Extra Place’ races, where they are paying out on four places instead of three for each-way bets at 1/5 of the odds.
18:20 – Merlin The Wizard @ 5/2
MERLIN THE WIZARD caught the eye when second of 13 on his debut over C&D last December. When returning to action at Newmarket last month, he didn’t have the best of luck but still managed a creditable fifth-place finish and could be the one to beat.
Among the rest, Mindthegap (10/3) returns after a seven-month break hoping to pick up where he left off after winning at Chelmsford, while Magic Memories (8/1) is expected to improve upon a debut fourth-place finish of six in a novice race at Windsor 23 days ago.
20:25 – Stay Well @ 11/4
STAY WELL came home a respectable eighth on his reappearance at York last month and now returns to Kempton – the venue of his last victory back in October 2021 – hoping to get the better of 13 rivals in this class 3 handicap.
Several others will also fancy their chances in this penultimate race at Kempton, including the lightly-raced Moving Light (9/1), who has won at Kempton before, although that was back in September 2020.
